Once we've approved your application and received your R550 registration fee, we'll send you your own personal reseller code. Use it when shopping on the Jean Genie website for stock to resell. Keep the code private; it is linked to your reseller arrangement.

Visit jean-genie.co.za, choose your products, add them to your cart and use your personal reseller code at checkout. Your first order must have a product value of at least R1,200 before the reseller discount AND contain a minimum of 3 products. Pay the discounted total and we'll courier the order to you.

No. R1,200 is only the minimum for your very first product order. There is no minimum rand value for repeat orders, but every order must include at least 3 products. The three products can be different items.

Your discount depends on the regular retail value of that individual qualifying order, before reseller discount. Up to R3,000 is 18%; over R3,000 to R5,000 is 22%; over R5,000 to R7,500 is 25%; and over R7,500 is 30%. Your rate doesn't permanently increase based on previous orders. For an order over R3,000, contact us before paying so we can arrange your higher discount manually.

You buy your stock at a discounted reseller price, then sell it to your customers at the normal retail price. The difference is your gross profit, before selling expenses. For example, a R450 serum costs you R369 with an 18% reseller discount; if you sell it for R450, you keep R81 gross profit. Jean Genie does not pay that amount to you afterwards — you make it when you sell.

Either way is fine. You can collect customer orders, receive their payments and order the products through our website, or buy a selection of stock to keep on hand. We send the reseller order to you, and you arrange collection or delivery with your own customers.

You pay the advertised promotional price without adding your normal reseller percentage on top. Instead, after you've paid, we'll issue credit worth 10% of the amount paid for qualifying promotional products towards your next order. For example, R1,000 spent on qualifying sale products earns R100 credit. Courier charges and amounts paid with existing credit don't earn further credit. We will confirm how to redeem the credit once it's issued.

We calculate and record it after your qualifying promotional purchase has been paid and let you know the amount and how to use it towards a future order. It's a future-order credit, not an additional discount off the sale order you're paying for now.

We courier stock to you free when your order total AFTER all discounts is more than R750. If your discounted total is R750 or less, the standard R100 courier fee applies. You are responsible for getting the products to your own customers.

We'll include your free Jean Genie welcome sample pack with your first product order after your reseller registration is approved and your joining fee is paid.

No monthly sales targets or compulsory monthly orders. If you don't place an order for three consecutive months, we'll pause your reseller account. Just contact us if you'd like to start ordering again.

Absolutely. Sell through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, friends, family, local markets or word of mouth. We'll provide weekly promotional adverts and product information to help you.

No. Your personal reseller discount code is for buying products for genuine resale. Don't share it with anyone or use it simply to buy products for your own personal use at reseller prices.

No. You are an independent Jean Genie reseller, not a franchisee, and there's no requirement to recruit others. Your earnings come from reselling products to your own customers.
